Dr Hoshi Bhiwandiwala
Dean & Director of NIEM - The Institute of Event Management
Dr. Hoshi Bhiwandiwalla is qualified with a MCom, DMS, DHE, PhD (Mumbai) and PhD (USA). He is the founder, dean & director of Asia’s first and best event management institute – NIEM the Institute of Event Management and is also known as the ‘Father of Event Management’ in India. He has been a lecturer and also for a few years’ vice-principal at NM College and also at Maneckji Cooper junior college. He has been visiting faculty at various prestigious B-schools and institutes and has been invited to speak on events at CII, All India Radio etc. He has written several books on event management and invited the subject of event accountancy. He read a paper of education at the World conference of Arizona university at Chennai. His name is mentioned as inventor of the Indian event management course in Limca Book of records, he won Rashtriya Ekta Award, he has been on the advisory board of SNDT university (earlier) and currently on the advisory board of Symbiosis Distance Learning Centre and MIT World Peace University. He recently received the Times Leading Icon of the year and appeared on the cover pages of Forbes and Fortune magazines.

Beginning his career in the event industry in 2006, Ranveer Dagdi conceptualized NIEM in 2017 to provide comprehensive event management services for a diverse range of events including corporate launches, trade shows, sports events, concerts, community events, and specialty Television shows in collaboration with renowned TV channels such as Zee, Star, Colors, and Sony. With a vast 18 years of experience in the event field and his expertise in forming robust business partnerships and effectively managing teams, he has successfully achieved the company’s goals. NIEM has been continuously endeavoring to foster an environment that promotes the all-round development of students and motivates them to harness their potential toward excellence, thereby nurturing them into future leaders.
